What's involved in a conservatory or porch build
A conservatory adds bright, flexible living space to the back or side of your home — a dining area, garden room or extra sitting room that connects the house to the garden. Every build starts with groundworks: we excavate and lay foundations, build the dwarf walls in brickwork matched to your property, and install a fully insulated, damp-proofed base. The frame and glazing are then fitted, followed by the roof — glass, polycarbonate or a solid insulated roof depending on how you plan to use the room through the year.
We finish with electrics, heating, flooring and internal decoration so the space is ready to use straight away, and handle any building regulations or planning checks needed before we begin. The result is a room that looks like part of the original house rather than an add-on.
